RETURN POLICY

Returns are applicable only to Usha Shriram mattress. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damaged merchandise at support@ushamattress.in. In order to be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the damage within 3 days of receiving the order. Please contact our customer experience team at acare@gmail.com or give us a call us on 0120-4775258 with your order number details to request return. If the product has no manufacturing or in transit damage, a nominal fee of INR 2000 will be deducted from the final amount that was paid by the customer for that particular product.

In case you have received the wrong item, contact our customer experience team within 3 days of receiving your item. They’ll provide you with all necessary details for sending the incorrect item back. They will also help in making sure the correct item is shipped out as soon as possible. If the product has already been replaced once under warranty, second time replacement is not applicable as warranty will be void after 1st replacement of the product. Any warranty issue outside warranty conditions will not be entertained by the company and the warranty request will be closed instantly.

You can cancel your order until we have shipped the items. Please contact our customer experience team at support@ushamattress.in or give us a call us on 0120-4775258 with your Order number details to request order cancellation. 

Usha Shriram Mattress reserves the right to refuse any return request if it doesn’t fulfil the return criteria. The product should be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling including odours). Returns for Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal or other websites would be made directly via that particular website. The products can only be returned within 3 days of order delivery.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

The product can only be replaced in case of a manufacturing defect, or in case of any defects caused in transit. Replacement requests due to incorrect mattress size, comfort preference, wrong product order will carry a return shipment cost of INR 2,000 across India which will be borne by the customer. The customer can also choose to self-ship the product, in which the cost will be borne solely by the customer. It is always recommended to cross-check the size before placing the order.

Inclusions of Defect-

  1. Any sort of fabric damage found on opening the seal is considered to be a defective product.
  2. Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
  3. Reduction of the thickness greater than 20% of mattress thickness will be considered as sagging and will be treated as a manufacturing defect.

Exclusions Of Manufacturing Defect

  1. Warranty will not be applicable for regular wear and tear of the cover and stitching. In such a case, we suggest you to opt for a separate waterproof mattress protector or a zipper cover (chargeable) that can be used on the current mattress. No replacement is possible in such a case.
  2. Usha mattresses are designed to be used on a firm solid surface. Any defect found due to improper support for the mattress is not be covered under warranty. If sagging is due to smaller/bigger size bed than mattress size, then no replacement is possible.
  3. Any sort of fabric/mattress damage caused while opening the seal of the mattress is not covered under the warranty.
  4. Any visible and lasting indentation (body impression) lesser than 20% of the total height of the mattress (not associated from a sag in the bed base or cot) is not covered under warranty.
  5. Any damage caused due to liquid spillage is not covered under the warranty.
  6. Mould, dirt or smell resulting from poor mattress care, water spillage, water leakage in room are not included. In such a case, we suggest you to opt for a separate waterproof mattress protector or a zipper cover (chargeable) that can be used on the current mattress. No replacement is possible in such a case.
  7. Exposure to cold/hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.
  8. Physical damage like cut, stitching on the mattress (to check inner material) caused by the customer.
  9. Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials.
  10. Damage caused by animals, rodents or children.
  11. Naturally occurring aromas from foam, cotton or other materials. We suggest you to keep the mattress in sunlight of 24-48 hours as these mattresses are freshly made after the order is received.
  12. A normal increase in softness of the foam which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the Mattress.
  13. Personal opinions or preferences regarding the softness, firmness, comfort, pain, support or other attributes of a mattress.

To submit a claim related to a Defect, please email the following to support@ushamattress.in-

  1. A brief description of the alleged Defect.
  2. Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
  3. A photo documenting the alleged Defect.

Upon receipt of a claim, you will receive a response from us within 10 business days.

Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty on the mattress will be available only in case of product failure due to a manufacturing defect. For any return pickup to be done related to warranty claim, fixed return pickup charges are mandatory. The charges are calculated by the company’s support team based on customer’s pickup location and mattress size. These charges can vary from Rs. 2000- Rs. 4000. Without these charges, return pick up and replacement process will not be started. 
  2. No discount/bargain/compensation is available on the return pickup charges.
  3. Without the RPU Charges (mandatory) and pro rata charges (if applicable), the pickup and replacement will not be possible and case will considered closed.
  4. In some cases, pro rata charges will also be applicable as per warranty terms. The pro rata charge is calculated on the duration of mattress usage. No discount is available on these charges as well.
  5. Please keep the mattress packed for return pickup. No return pickup (RPU) will be done without mattress packing. 
  6. If you send the pickup team back without the mattress, then customer will have to pay RPU charges again to arrange another pickup. Customer needs to inform the time when he/she is available for pickup so no such case arises. Each return pickup is chargeable.
  7. If 2 mattresses need to be picked up, then both the mattresses will be picked in 1 go.
  8. Product failure is limited to sagging of the core of the mattress.
  9. Warranty will be available only under the proper use of the product.
  10. Warranty is not applicable to any claim made other than for the benefit of the original purchaser.
  11. Warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from an authorized source.
  12. Please retain a copy of your purchase invoice as proof of purchase. You’ll need to submit this to make a claim, without which, Sleep Spa reserves the right to reject any claim under this warranty.
  13. We require you to supply photographs of the entire sleeping surface of the mattress and any visible faults. Failure to send photographs of the defect may result in a replacement being delayed or the mattress not being replaced.
  14. Warranty claims will be inspected and picked up within 10 days of raising a return request.
  15. If the claim has been verified, Usha Shriram will replace the product on a pro-rata basis. The pro-rata charge will be informed to the customer as per his mattress and use tenure. Along with pro-rata, the return shipping charges will also have to be borne by the customer. 
  16. To claim warranty, pickup of the packed mattress has to be completed first. Once the pickup is done, replacement mattress will be dispatched. Please note under no circumstance, replacement/return pickup will be done together. Neither it is possible to replace the product before pickup. If such a case arises, the warranty cannot be claimed.
  17. Returns will be accepted only if the product fulfils the Return Criteria (Refer to Return Criteria under Return Policy)
  18. All genuine claims will be settled within 15 working days of warranty claim receipt.
  19. Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
  20. Prorated Credit Settlements will be made in the form of credit vouchers which can be availed for the purchase of Sleep Spa mattress only through www.sleepspa.in
  21. There is no warranty on accessories which includes pillows, protectors, mattress toppers, comforters, bedsheets etc. 
  22. The final decision on the warranty will be made by Usha Mattress. Company reserves the complete right to refuse any warranty claim if it doesn’t fulfil the Warranty Terms and Conditions.
  23. The warranty will be void and cannot be claimed if product has been replaced/repaired by the company once. For example, if the product has warranty of 7 years and within 5 years you face an issue and get it replaced, warranty for next 2 years will not be applicable under any circumstance.
  24. Disputes, if any, will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

The pickup and replacement teams operate separately, hence under no circumstance, both the processes cannot be done simultaneously. The company can only proceed forward for replacement if the pickup is completed first.

Once the claim has been verified, Sleep Spa will, at its own discretion repair, replace or give a Prorated Credit Settlement as per the Terms and Conditions to warranty.

After the inspection by the company’s QC team, if the defect is found genuine and comes under the company policy, the warranty will be as per given below-

For 4 years Guarantee Mattresses: Savvy

  1.  Repair/Replacement: If the problem happens within 12 months from the date of purchase.
  2. 75% discount on latest applicable M.R.P if any defect arise after 12 months and before 18 months from the date of purchase.
  3. 50% discount on latest applicable M.R.P if any defect arise after 18 months and before completing 24 months from the date of purchase.
  4. 25% discount on latest applicable M.R.P. if any defect after 24 months and before completing 48 months from the date of purchase.

For 5 years Guarantee Mattresses: Slumber

  1. Repair/Replacement: If the problem happens within 24 months from the date of purchase.
  2. 75% discount on latest applicable M.R.P if any defect arise after 24 months and before 36 months from the date of purchase.
  3. 50% discount on latest applicable M.R.P if any defect arise after 36 months and before completing 48 months from the date of purchase.
  4. 25% discount on latest applicable M.R.P. if any defect after 48 months and before completing 60 months from the date of purchase.

For 6 years Guarantee Mattresses: Blessings

  1. Repair/Replacement: If the problem happens within 36 months from the date of purchase.
  2. 75% discount on latest applicable M.R.P if any defect arise after 36 months and before 48 months from the date of purchase.
  3. 50% discount on latest applicable M.R.P if any defect arise after 48 months and before completing 60 months from the date of purchase.
  4. 25% discount on latest applicable M.R.P. if any defect after 60 months and before completing 72 months from the date of purchase.

For 8 years Guarantee Mattresses: Activlife, Sleep Maker

  1. Repair/Replacement: If the problem happens within 36 months from the date of purchase.
  2. 75% discount on latest applicable M.R.P if any defect arise after 36 months and before 48 months from the date of purchase.
  3. 50% discount on latest applicable M.R.P if any defect arise after 48 months and before completing 66 months from the date of purchase.
  4. 25% discount on latest applicable M.R.P. if any defect after 66 months and before completing 78 months from the date of purchase.
  5. 15% discount on latest applicable M.R.P. if any defect after 78 months and before completing 96 months from the date of purchase.

For 11 years Guarantee Mattresses: Naturalex, Aloe Life, Memo Life, Aura 1.0, Sensyl 3.0, Talalay 5.0, Visco Gel 5.0, Newton 3.0, Graphite 3.0

  1. Repair/Replacement: If the problem happens within 60 months from the date of purchase.
  2. 75% discount on latest applicable M.R.P if any defect arise after 60 months and before 72 months from the date of purchase.
  3. 50% discount on latest applicable M.R.P if any defect arise after 72 months and before completing 96 months from the date of purchase.
  4. 25% discount on latest applicable M.R.P. if any defect after 96 months and before completing 120 months from the date of purchase.
  5. 15% discount on latest applicable M.R.P. if any defect after 120 months and before completing 132 months from the date of purchase.

For 15 years Guarantee Mattresses: Magnum Opus

  1. Repair/Replacement: If the problem happens within 60 months from the date of purchase.
  2. 75% discount on latest applicable M.R.P if any defect arise after 60 months and before 96 months from the date of purchase.
  3. 50% discount on latest applicable M.R.P if any defect arise after 96 months and before completing 120 months from the date of purchase.
  4. 25% discount on latest applicable M.R.P. if any defect after 120 months and before completing 144 months from the date of purchase.
  5. 15% discount on latest applicable M.R.P. if any defect after 144 months and before completing 156 months from the date of purchase.
  6. 10% discount on latest applicable M.R.P. if any defect after 156 months and before completing 180 months from the date of purchase.

Terms and Conditions-

  1. The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. Usha Shriram Mattresses reserves the right to change the prices at its discretion without informing the customer.
  2. Standard delivery for all our products across India is free. There is no hidden cost at checkout.
  3. Delivery of goods will take place at the address entered during the order process. In case you want to change the delivery address after the order is placed and before dispatch, please give us a call us on the Toll-Free number 0120-4775258 or write an email at mre@gmail.com. Our team will try its best to accommodate this change but this is not guaranteed.
  4. Customer will have to bear the delivery charge in case the delivery is made to a wrong location due to the wrong delivery address entered during order placement.
  5. Goods are only delivered by Usha Shriram Mattresses or by a third party contracted to undertake logistics on our behalf.
  6. Payment for Usha Shriram Mattresses products is made on the website. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. You can also pay using Internet Banking.
  7. EMI offer is applicable only with the top banks which have tie-ups with our payment gateway.
  8. We will not be liable or take responsibility for any failure to perform, delay in performance, or any other obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission accident or Act of God beyond our reasonable control.
  9. Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
  10. Usha Shriram Mattress reserves its right to withdraw any product or goods at its sole discretion.
  11. Usha Shriram Mattress reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or has become unavailable or is found to have any defect or otherwise cannot or ought not to be sold for any reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card or any other mode.
  12. In case of unavailability of one or more Usha Shriram mattress, the customer will be notified by email or telephone. The amount paid will be recalculated and the customer will be refunded for the unavailable product. In case no products are available, the customer will be notified by an email or telephone and will be fully refunded.
  13. The company will introduce offers, discounts and coupon codes on a time- to- time basis and this will be completely at the discretion of the brand. The company reserves the right to withdraw the offers and coupons without any notification.
  14. The company coupon codes can be redeemed only on purchases made through www.ushamattress.com.
  15. Usha Shriram Mattress discount codes are only available on full purchases, paid upfront. Usha Shriram Mattress discount codes are not available on orders that use EMI option. Usha Shriram Mattress cannot take responsibility for discount codes published without permission on third-party websites. Discount codes may be subject to additional terms and conditions (including an expiry date/time) which will be shared at the point of publication. All discount codes are subject to availability and only one code can be used per order.

Returns are applicable only to Usha Shriram mattresses. To accept a return, please follow the returns procedure mentioned under the Return Policy. Usha Shriram Mattress reserves the right to refuse any return request if it doesn’t fulfil the return criteria.
  17. Usha Shriram Mattress is warrantied against any manufacturing defect for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, depending on the mattress model. In case of any manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase of the mattress will be repaired or replaced with an identical product.
  18. All sales and interactions with Usha Shriram Mattress shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such sales and interaction shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad.
  19. Please note the mattress should be undamaged, in clean condition and should not bear dirt stains in order to ensure replacement/return for the product.
